
Our Philosophy
FORM FITNESS, CORE CONDITIONING is comprised of 24 years of fitness industry
expertise and a proven ability to help each client reach a fitness level they would
not be able to attain on their own. This is done through our unique method of
semi-private personal training in a training station.
Many people exercise without the understanding of range-of-motion, bio-
mechanics, correct posture or the critical components of core strength. FORM
FITNESS, CORE CONDITIONING believes that combining aesthetic form, body-
shaping techniques, along with our therapeutic approach is what gives people the
ability to attain, and then maintain their goals.
What Happens to many gym Clients
Many people complain that after two or more months the gains have stopped: the
fat-loss has slowed or halted completely; some even notice a gain in weight!
WHY? Because most people jumped right into Phase III not knowing or not being
instructed to build the core foundation FIRST. Others are knocking themselves out
on CARDIO training alone (likely without a good nutrition program). The most
common factors we see are structural weaknesses, inflexibility issues, a lack of
core-strength and a lack of nutrition to support the cellular activity that’s
happening. In addition, trying to address purely the cardio system to lose body-
fat is like trying to put in a bigger engine (cardio-respiratory) in a car while the
front end, axle and frame are still out of alignment (skeletal & muscular
structure). Something’s going to break. You’ll get more efficient results out of
correctly aligning the body first and building up the weaknesses via core
conditioning.
