Each client begins with a comprehensive fitness evaluation which consists of:

3. Strength, balance & flexibility
4. Postural alignment
5. Medical history
We combine this with the clients individual fitness goals and create a custom
program based on all 6 of these, rolling it into our comprehensive, multi-level,
individualized conditioning program.

What is Core Conditioning?
The "core" refers to your transverse abdominis, diaphragm, multifidus and pelvic
floor muscles. These are the muscles that are critical to core stability and
function.
We strengthen the core to prevent injury, increase balance and stability, protect
the spine, and joints and develop a base for functional movement.
Functional movement refers to your daily life activities: bending down to pick up
your keys while you balance the groceries, placing a baby in their crib, stopping
yourself from falling or excelling at your favorite sport. You need a strong core
for EVERYTHING you do in life.
At Form Fitness, Core Conditioning we have found that when people are able to
safely reach their goals, they stay more consistent. We begin with a
